Project Description
The residential complex consists of three two-story townhouses and three two-story apartment buildings, housing a total of 18 apartments. The apartments range in size from the smallest units at 80 m² to the largest at 101 m². The townhouses range in size from 130 to 136 m².
The building features concrete slabs at ground level, with a load-bearing structure consisting of aerated concrete slabs and walls, as well as steel columns and beams. This required thorough structural calculations due to the material’s low weight; the calculations were therefore designed to ensure that the building can withstand external forces, particularly wind loads. Building services are routed through service shafts strategically placed within the building’s structure with these factors in mind.
The residences are built to a high standard, with a focus on user comfort and a healthy indoor climate, featuring modern, functional details. Green spaces have been created between the residences, and the apartments each have their own terraces and garden areas.
