Nature of the Project
The SVANEN Group has purchased a large plot of land that was subdivided from the COOP Group’s holdings. The plot and the project will enjoy a unique location, just a short distance from the Albertlund shopping center and the S-train station.
In collaboration with the municipality, consultants, and the general contractor, attractive outdoor spaces and functional, high-quality homes are being developed, featuring beautiful architecture, stylish kitchens, and modern bathrooms.
The homes are being developed for private rental and consist of 51 townhouses with private gardens, patios, and sheds, as well as 100 apartments with elevators and large balconies. The project targets discerning tenants who seek high-quality housing in a prime location with nature, shopping, and the city all within easy reach.
The area offers ample open spaces, fostering a strong sense of community and providing playmates for the children.
The homes were designed by P+P Arkitekter A/S and are being built to a high architectural standard in a modern style requiring minimal maintenance. ABC has engaged SINUZ Consulting Engineers as a sub-consultant for selected engineering services on the project.
