Project Description
The Barista Row is a beautiful, modern row house development in Irmabyen—Rødovre’s new, attractive neighborhood nestled between green spaces and the pulse of the city.
Baristarækkerne offers many of the qualities we recognize from popular townhouse neighborhoods such as Kartoffelrækkerne in Østerbro, featuring small gardens and a quiet shared path.
The architecture features vibrant facades that provide space for relaxation and privacy through a simple and easily understandable architectural style.
The dark brick gives the houses a distinctive, elegant, and at the same time welcoming appearance. The architectural style and robustness of the Barista Row are designed to last for at least 100 years. Through its interaction with the green wedge and the small gardens, the development offers space for both communal and private activities.
The townhouses’ distinctive projections and recesses support the idea of creating privacy around each individual home, while at the same time making it easy to engage with the community. Toward the backyards, the vertical facades are broken up by small niches—bay windows—that add variety and functionality to the facades.
The Barista Row consists of 16 townhouses in two residential blocks of 2 and 3 stories, respectively, with accompanying balconies and rooftop terraces.
Green spaces are located between the homes, and each house will have its own terraces and garden areas.
The development is being built to a high standard with modern, functional details, ranging in size from 138 to 167 m².
