The parking garage is one of the prerequisites for the occupancy of the new townhouses, apartment buildings, and commercial properties that will form part of the new HTC district in Høje Taastrup.

The 16,058 m² parking garage will be built on six levels and will accommodate approximately 900 parking spaces. The lowest level runs parallel to Dalbergsstrøget and is partially located below ground.

The entrance to the parking garage is via Telegade, with the exit onto Girostrøget. This is designed to create the best possible traffic conditions and, not least, to minimize traffic congestion in and around the parking garage.

The structure is being built as a column-and-beam system with cores made of precast concrete elements. At ground level, the facade is constructed using black perforated panels that run the entire length of the building. Above this level, the facade is clad in golden expanded metal.

ABC serves as the client’s consultant on this project, helping to ensure the project process by acting as a 100% professional partner to the client, Wihlborgs, and assisting in providing a broader overview of the project. ABC acts as the client’s independent technical advisor, with the primary focus on ensuring a clear overview, progress, and peace of mind throughout the entire process, while also highlighting any gaps and/or opportunities for optimization in the program.

We are involved in the project throughout the entire construction process and assist with the following, among other things:

• Process planning and process management
• Facilitator and note-taker at client meetings
• Client review and supervision
• Concept proposals, scope definition, and budget analysis
• Preliminary studies
• Input on contractor selection, tendering method, bidding, and contracting
• Financial management
• Assists the client with on-site progress and handover
