The area includes apartments, retail spaces, and parking facilities near Hvidovre Station, Hvidovrevej, Dalumvej, Allingvej, and the Holbæk Motorway.

The residential units to the south, covering approximately 5,250 m², will be built as a prefabricated project. Meanwhile, the residential units above Kvickly, covering approximately 2,250 m², and the commercial space, covering approximately 500 m², will be constructed as a modular project using the Flex Modul system.

The parking structure covers an area of approximately 5,350 m². On the southern part of the property, a 4- to 8-story building with a 1- to 2-story rooftop garden will be constructed, and to the north, a four-story building with balconies and parking facilities will be built. The new buildings will be constructed of brick, light-colored concrete, wood, or glass. In addition, attractive outdoor recreational areas will be created for the benefit of residents and the local community.

The local plan includes, among other things, a publicly accessible plaza measuring 1,400 m².

Due to the project’s location near Hvidovre Station, ABC is responsible for coordinating and adapting the building design to accommodate the underground Ringsted Line, which runs parallel to the site. The new development will be certified to DGNB Gold standards.
