Project Description
Renovation of a 1,620 m² rectory on Stenogade in Copenhagen, comprising a basement, ground floor, first floor, second floor, and third floor.
The rectory serves as a link between the Catholic Church, the Church of the Sacred Heart, and the Catholic school.
This is a comprehensive interior renovation of all systems and fixtures, carried out with respect for the historic building, which is classified as a Class 3 historic structure. New bathrooms and kitchens are being installed, along with all new systems.
For this project, ABC is responsible for project management of the main design for structural, electrical, and technical systems.
Changes are being made to the load-bearing structures; new heating systems, domestic water systems, drainage systems, and ventilation are being installed, and existing electrical systems are being replaced.
