The school will accommodate approximately 1,300 students, 80 preschool children, and 180 staff members. The new private school will include Early Years, elementary school, grades 1 through 10, after-school care, as well as high school and international classes. The school will be built as a three-story structure with a total area of 11,600 m² in a modular design featuring rooftop terraces. This design allows for the building to be subdivided or expanded in the future.

In addition to constructing the new building, outdoor areas will be established for recreation and creative activities, as well as areas for bicycle parking, a parking lot, a waste disposal area, and auxiliary buildings for gardening and maintenance functions. The school’s common areas are multi-purpose and are designed to facilitate flexible use, incorporating both circulation routes and spatial arrangements, without affecting the use of classrooms and specialized rooms.

In addition, a greenhouse will be established on the second floor, along with a multipurpose hall and fitness facilities, offering views of a beach volleyball court, an 8-player soccer field, and a lake. The site covers 11,622 m² plus associated rooftop terraces of 2,531 m² and utility buildings of 480 m² located on the elementary school grounds. The building structure will be constructed of red brick, creating a harmonious whole that will stand the test of time and age gracefully. The architecture conveys a sense of solidity, robustness, and order.

The building will be certified to DGNB Gold standards. The project is fully aligned with ABC’s ambitions to contribute to a built environment that provides optimal and inspiring settings for learning, play, and physical activity, and where both students and teachers thrive within the built environment.
