Project Type
A new four-story mixed-use residential and commercial building is being constructed at 100 Taastrup Hovedgade.
A new four-story building (excluding a partial basement) with a mix of residential and commercial use is being constructed at Taastrup Hovedgade 100.
The residential units will consist of 2- to 3-bedroom apartments.
The ground floor will feature one residential unit and two commercial units. On the first and second floors, there will be four residential units per floor, each measuring approximately 55 to 90 square meters. On the top floor, there will be three residential units, each measuring approximately 75–90 square meters.
All residential units will feature either balconies, bay windows, or French balconies.
The floor separations will consist of prefabricated hollow-core slabs spanning between load-bearing and stabilizing walls, which will be constructed as 200-mm concrete wall elements.
The exterior walls will consist of 150-mm concrete wall elements with a brick facing. The roof structure will be a gable roof with traditional wooden rafters.
Balconies and bay windows are constructed using steel structures. The basement structure is constructed of in-situ cast concrete.
