Through BIM, ABC offers an intelligent and targeted modeling and management tool that ensures our clients have full control over a construction project. With BIM consulting, you as the client are guaranteed greater insight and quality.

This is achieved through improved interdisciplinary collaboration among the various stakeholders in a project. At ABC, we use the BIM software Revit throughout all phases of a project, thereby ensuring that all data is secured and shared across project phases.

We have BIM specialists in both structural engineering and mechanical/electrical systems who can provide design services for projects of all sizes and levels of complexity.

Information and Communication Technology, or ICT, refers to the requirements that constitute the core elements of digital construction, which include, among other things, the management of digital building objects, digital communication, project websites, etc. State, municipal, and regional projects exceeding certain financial thresholds must comply with these requirements set forth in the ICT Executive Order.

We offer ICT consulting focused on translating requirements into practical applications through active communication and methodological expertise. Our interdisciplinary approach ensures that ICT collaboration is fully integrated into the project organization.

ABConcept

ABConcept is a digital 3D design tool for optimizing structures and reducing the carbon footprint. The tool estimates the impact of design parameters on the overall carbon footprint of load-bearing structures. ABConcept automates a number of manual calculation and work procedures and provides direct feedback on both sustainability and constructability when design changes are made.

This allows the project team to explore countless design alternatives in a short amount of time, as well as map out and visualize the consequences for both sustainability and structural capacity resulting from different design choices. This both optimizes the structures and helps steer the project toward a more sustainable direction, while ensuring that the construction is actually feasible.

The tool was developed by our in-house Digital Innovation department.
